INTEREST RATE & FEE POLICY

Due to the variety of mortgage products, the number of different loan periods, and individual applicant factors (debt / income ratio, credit scores, etc), we do not advertise specific interest rates.

While we encourage our clients to compare rates and fees, we also encourage you to shop for the PROGRAM first because the proper mortgage program is usually more important.

Once you have examined your options and choose a specific program, then it is appropriate to compare rates and fees.
